About Us

It was in the early 1970's when Lonnie Price, his brother, Dave Price, and a few other partners had a vision to develop the scenic Bloom Township area. They were made aware of the Funk and Wagnalls' College Scholarship in the area and were immediately excited by the idea of bringing families to the area who could benefit from the scholarship. Thus, College View Acres was born and Bloom Township has since become one of the most desirable areas in Central Ohio.

Since the 1970's, Lonnie Price has continued to make the American dream a possibility for hundreds of families within a total of nine beautiful neighborhoods in this peaceful area.
